I don't have any problems with my ISP, and the owner is very friendly! ;D 8)

The one thing that does tick me off is that I can only get slow connections because of the phone company :-/ :'(

Hi Andrew...!
..out of interest...
Who is your ISP, what is your connection type, and what is your 'phone company..?

Hi Fozzer!

My ISP is called 'North Idaho'. It's a little local ISP in Northern Idaho. My ISP does offer 56K connections, but we can only get 26K at the most in my area.  I've talked to my ISP and several other 'computer' guys and for us to get fast connections, the phone company has to upgrade it's equipment. Our phone company is Verizon, and they have one of the worst customer service

I used to have Verison DSL, and it SUCKED, it was slow, and you have to connect every time you turn on your computer, and won't connect half the time. Now I have Comcast Cable and its great, its fast and I'm always connected, great customer service.
