Heading up to the old homestead to one of our son's for Christmas Dinner
Probably take a flight off the grass strip in the Republic Seabee he bought once we arrive
I always try to fly on Christmas and New Years Day prior to having a Wobbly Pop or 3 or 4
We also meet up at the Bugsmasher Field for about a hour, this summer I could not believe how fast many members children have grown.
A lot of them I bounced on my knee, now most are in their late teens or early twenties.
Where did the time go
The old girl has 3 coolers of goodies and about 20 or so wrapped gifts to be loaded in the Land Rover.
Well I was Good/Great/Fantastic all year so got lots of gifts which I opened at 5am...(I know am worse than the children at Christmas)
Don't know how the Old Girl got so many gifts...
I know she was BAD all year... Again wishing you all a Very Merry Christmas and hope to get back into Flight Simming soon in 2025
We travelled, sailed and had attended several fly-ins in 2024 but think it is time to stay home and local this year.
