My father died this morning

Corona or not, we do not know what the Dr will write on the certificate.
He was 85 years old and liked building model aircrafts, model trains and
flying Flight Simulator. He did fly his own real glider aircraft and a lot of RC:s.

Condolences Bofredrik. I also lost my own dad earlier this year. It seems to be one of those years.

Thank you! <<s
He inspired me so much for everything around flying.
He saw his first accident 1951 at Bromma Stockholm Airport.
We changed info up to now on news about air transport.
Many ARN and BMA visits when i was a child.
Ps. Sorry to hear about your father.

Hello Bofredrik, I offer my sincerest condolences to you and your family. Your Dad sounds like a wonderful man who really enjoyed his life. I lost my Father a few years ago so I know what its like to lose a very good Dad.
It takes time but you will survive this loss and carry on . I would have liked your Dad, he had exactly the same interests as I have had all my life.

My sincerest condolences Bofredrik. I lost my dad 15 years ago this past February but it certainly doesn't seem that long ago.

Tks for you all your kind comments. :violin:
Yes, he was a hero regarding all about
flying. He inspired me to make over 200
flights worldwide, incl Concorde (BA och AF).
RTW, domestic trips or flights to Rhodes or Paris
for example. I called him from Tokyo, Honolulu.
He did a lot of travel himself to USA. I was a
little afraid that something should happen to
him but he always returned. Often upgraded
to J-class as he always travel in his best clothes.
