where can I get a copy of a new fsx simulator game. brand new activation code not been used.?

I searched eBay. There are several FSX and FSX Gold, new and sealed listed:

Ditto!

Steam is the way to go, they have improved some aspects of the original FSX by MS. Though what happens with Steam if it goes out of business, or if their servers are down for an extended period?

This has always been a common theme from those who love their FSX.
The good news, is you can set up steam games to run in offline mode of steam.

Worrying about Steam going under is not really an issue at the moment. They are by far the largest video game distribution network right now.
Considering FSX is now 12 years old, i think the fact that it held onto life for a few more years through the steam edition is something the sim community should be greatful for. If it becomes impossible to obtain or play FSX any longer, oh well...time to move on to new and better things.

I have had FSX and Acceleration since nit came out. I have had to reinstall it a number of times over the past. Never had a problem with activation. In fact, I just installed it on my new i7 OMEN laptop. Again, no problems.
