Midsummer Day is the 24th of June!

The next day is when Winter starts all over again!.... :cry: ...!

Take a flight over the clouds. You will se the sun 365 days in a year.
Ryanair is possible the cheapest and bring your sunglasses.

Our lone 'two' [Anglo-Saxon] seasons (they didn't Spring into summer nor observe Autumn with a Fall. By the way, the split/extended summer monath (month) of Lide was not spelled with our 4th alphabet letter, 'd'; it was pronounced as a 'th' sound by a letter from our older alphabet, the letter thorn, the character of which was much like our 'd' with a line though its top (similar to our "t"): ð , thus Liðe .

above the clouds?.....ha...people could have their tethered balloons which they could raise and lower, and enjoy the full sunshine.....probably a bit chilly though....let's have lunch aloft shall we? :mrgreen:
