Thanks, Pete.

I always fear for my North American Chums when it comes time for the bill for the medical treatment, care, etc, to drop through the door!

I suspect that most (poor) folks will have no form of medical insurance to cover the costs, and they will be in dire financial distress!

I think this is more a warning to take out adequate travel insurance when travelling abroad, especially to places like the USA. One of the problems with the NHS stems from giving free treatment to visitors from countries with no reciprocal health care agreement.
