In the UK we will have to wait a bit longer. Our clocks go forward to BST on Sunday, 25 March 2018 --> https://www.timeanddate.com/time/change/uk/london?year=2018
Although we forget with the harshness of the weather, Winter is what brings the start of longer days, that process half over at the start of Spring... and the start of Summer brings the start of shorter days...Fozzer wrote:...Winter is over?....Spring is on its way, with evenings getting longer!
...and the first day of Spring will be a few minutes longer than the last day of Winter -- but no guarantee that it will be warmer in the Spring's first days. We had warmer days toward February's end with almost all of the snow melted... then we were hit with over a half foot of snow; rain and warm temps nearly melted all of that... then we were covered with more than a foot of snow and temps stayed below 40F; it's currently 43F and the snowbanks are, once again, quite well melting.Fozzer wrote:...More Sun and Warmth!
