A large Casserole in a large crockpot in the oven!

Roast Pork. (From the pre cooked joint)
Onions.
Leeks.
Spring Onions.
Garlic.
Carrots.
Parsnips.
Swede.
Celery.
Tomatoes.
Tinned Tomatoes.
Pearl Barley.
Red Lentils.
Herby Dumplings.

Vegetable water.
Salt.
Ground Black Pepper.
Whole Green Peppercorns.
Chicken Stock Cube.
Vegetable Stock Cube.

Never fear, Anthin .... ;) ....

It's all to do with the quality...as well as the quantity!

but it's pork, not elephant...
still, we can't say that no animal was harmed in the making of this post...

bon appatit...
