An Aircraft Mechanic only needs two tools, Duct Tape and WD40.
If it moves and it's not supposed to - use the Duct Tape.
If it doesn't move and it's supposed to - use the WD40.

Nope! You're right Jan, it really isn't funny and it seems to me this is a the big part of the problem...

President Kenyatta has ordered all invading herdsmen to leave the Laikipia ranches, but so far the government has been unable or unwilling to act against the invasions.
It's been going on for how long? I say drive the bastards out and take their cattle as compensation for the damages

I also noted in the article that ethnic diversity was cited as one of the causes. "Diversity" isn't that the same thing that all the Forward Thinkers say is going to make Britain, Canada, the USA and the E.U. so much better? Isn't that what keeps screwing up Africa? Not trying to be an Alt Rightist but just noting what's there.

A few years ago I heard an African diplomat say that Africa should be the "bread basket of the world." There are three growing seasons in much of the Sub Sahara region.
Instead, non African countries are continuing to ship in food and supplies to support much of the population. His observation was that the blame rested on the corruption from the top on down. Is this correct Jan? From what we read here in the USA it sure seems that way.
