Try to stay in the middle of the air. Do not go near the edges of it. The edges of the air can be recognized by the appearance of ground, buildings, sea, trees and interstellar space. It is much more difficult to fly there.

Great find Steve, some of the funniest books ever written Mr Adams was a genius :clap:

The good old days of the Text Adventure where you had to use your imagination, I did finish it many, many years ago on my Amstrad SX25 Computer with a whopping 270 MB hard drive and 4MB of memory, with all sorts of tweaks on the config.sys and autoexec.bat files. :dance:

may have to try again.
