Paul the only thing missing is some Yorkshires, The only reliable recipe I have found to make your own is http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/1581 ... shire-puds or buy them already made from the supermarket.

Here is my recipe for Yorkshire Pudding. Simple.

1 cup flour
pinch of salt
2 eggs beaten
1 cup milk.
Preheat oven to 425*

In a well used bake tin 2 table spoons of lard.
Place in oven until it smokes.
Pour batter in and bake for 45 minutes.
VOLA.
Make sure you have a good peppercorn sauce to use with it.

A popular addition to the Yorkshire Pudding....

Toad-in-the-hole!.....>>> http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/5822 ... easy-steps

I cheat a little bit to speed things up....
A packet "Batter Mix" from the shop, and just add egg and water to make the batter..... http://www.sainsburys.co.uk/shop/gb/gro ... r-mix-225g ....Yorkshire Puddings and Pancakes!

I wrap some tasty Lincolnshire Sausages in Smokey Bacon (and roast in the oven).

Fantastic with an onion gravy (I love gravy!).

A popular English Meal!

Good Morning All... <<u

The Old Girl makes Yorkshire Pudding all the time in various forms...delicious...

Now I like Sussex Pudding...

Not to be confused with:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sussex_pond_pudding

Take your Yorkshire Pudding Recipe and ADD ONE PACKAGE OF KNORR ONION SOUP MIX (any package of Onion Soup Mix will do)
Makes for a Wonderful Tasting addition to roast beef

I call it Sussex Pudding...
