Hello Fozzer, it looks as though you have a pretty nice lifestyle and you enjoy the good things in life, such as good food, and flying. I can relate to that. Enjoy your culinary adventures.

Comfort food is not always good..............I was in the office yesterday just in case the phone rang. I was on my own...............One family bag of liquorice all sorts later I was ready to throw up.....a lot....... :shifty:

Eating too much of the same stuff is not always good for you.

I can remember, many years ago, I was told that eating a diet of the breakfast cereal; "Muesly*" (nuts, etc) would be Very Good for me.

..so I did...

..exclusively..

..for too long...

...and became Very Ill... ...!

Far too much of the same stuff!

"Variety" in food is good for you.... :D ...!

Bertie Bassett is made in a variety of different shapes and sizes....but its all the same stuff!

I like Ice Cream...but you can have too much of it!... ....!

Paul....Variety is the Spice of life!... :D ...!

...as the Bishop said to the Actress... ;) ...!
