Heaven in a chair!
Small saucepan.
Virgin Olive Oil.
Finely chopped red onion.
Small button mushrooms, quartered into bite-size.
Squeeze of Garlic Paste.
Sprinkle of Chilli Flakes.
Sautéed gently.....
Add Mrs Patak's Vindaloo Sauce, and simmer gently.
Pop some Mcain's Oven Crinkle Chips into a hot oven, Gas mark 6 for 20 minutes.
Another small saucepan.
A mix of Basmati and wild rice added to a small amount of boiling water. Cook until all the water is absorbed, and the rice texture is to your liking.
On a PREE-HEATED plate, place rice in a circle, pop the Curry into the centre, add the Chips.
Transport to the small table beside the chair, sit, eat, and watch the Tele...enjoy!!
