Today's Sumptuous Offering:

Roast Pork Belly Slices, with (salted) crunchy Crackling. (3/4 hour, Gas Mark 5, draining on a grid over a roasting dish).
Boiled Potatoes with milk and butter.
Chopped Cabbage.
Carrots.
Parsnips.
Leeks.
Onions.
Mixed Peppers.

Onion and Garlic Gravy, with Herbs and Spices.

All served on a HOT plate...with Love!

Forget about Aeroplanes for a while, enjoy looking at this instead...>>>

Do you like apple sauce on your roast pork belly :?:

Apple Sauce seems to go well with roast pork at any time and when doing a roast of pork the old girl always makes a nice spicy dressing... :dance: ;)

My sincere apologies.... :cry: ...!

I forgot to purchase a big Bramley Cooking Apple while I was at the Market, to make my Apple Sauce ....

...but I did spike the Pork Belly Slices all over with Cloves, to spice them up...as you do!
