As always Paul, it looks absolutely delicious. It looks like your rice came out perfect too. I like the taste of Basmati Rice even more than the Jasmine variety.

"...It's Fried Rice you plick!" (Said Uncle Benny in Lethal Weapon 4)

Curry is one of my favorite dishes; you can add just about anything and have a fine meal, just like Paul made... M-MMMM GOOD!

Paul, I swear you really should have your own cooking program for pensioners and windowers. Maybe you could call it " FOZZER'S FEASTS.

I like the idea of Fozzer's Feasts cookery show. I unfortunately
am on a strict Veg diet after a heart attack and triple by-pass
at the ene of last year. Curries yes !!!

Jamie Oliver is Quaking in his boots.

I think you are trying to make me salivate.
I just had a boring breakfast of coleslaw and tomato in a rice wrap.

Paul, your stuffed mushrooms look like a pair of eyeballs after a night out.

Another delectable entreƩ from Fozzer's Fine Foods!

Paul - If you have an Asian Market near you, see if you can find Curry from S & B. It's a Japanese brand, and is a little bit stronger than Madras. For me, the hotter, the better!
