Good Stuff Mr Trucker.
The can be seen in the UK if everything is favourable......alas I'm much too far south.
I have never seen them in FSX or P3D although they are in there somewhere....allegedly.

On a side note... Coronal Mass Ejections (CME) are also used to record Plasma Density levels in deep space; CME readings determined in September 2012 that the Voyager 1 spacecraft had actually crossed the boundary of the Heliosphere, and was in Interstellar space.

Yup, their in FSX if your flying at the right time of year at the right time.
I had it happen to me once, quite a while ago, while flying up near Alaska / Canada, at 1st I thought my computer was acting up on me, then I realized what it was, the Northern Lights.
haven't had it happen since tho, but the last year or so I been hangin out in the South Pacific anyway flyin.
but it has happened in FSX at the right time of year at the right moment.
