Supper-Time Tummy Tickler!

I think I might have posted this Supper-Time Treat before, but as its so nice and tasty before retiring to bed for the night, here it is again from last night's Supper...>>>

Alternate layers of thinly sliced Cheese and Onion piled up and placed on a biking tray in pre-heated oven, Gas Mark 5/6 for 30 minutes until all the loveliness has softened and blended together, with a nice crispy crust around the edges!
Enjoy with some crusty, buttered, fresh bread, and a glass (or three) of what you fancy!
A tantalising smell in the kitchen to make your mouth water...trust me!

Now preparing a massive, gigantic, Lamb Casserole, with loads of various assorted vegetables, herbs and spices, and a goodly helping of Fozzer's Magic!
