I'm hoping to see it soon along with the BBMF Lanc. They're scheduled for the Airbourne Show at Eastbourne, Flying Proms at Old Warden, Wings & Wheels at Dunsfold & the RAFA Show at Shoreham. All events take place later this month.

Well, she arrived safely but the rotten weather spoiled the occasion. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-lincolnshire-28703745

I'm looking forward to seeing her, hoping to meet up with some of the gang at an airshow or two. Going to be an AMAZING experience seeing two Lancs together.... now if they can just get the Vulcan along too that'd be joygasmic!

Add this to the mix and there would be long queues to the toilets for people requiring some private time.....

Ah the venerable Shackleton, I loved their chaff system of trays of worn cutlery thrown out of the window :-D

Good afternoon all... :D

A visit to the Canadian Warplane Heritage at Hamilton Ontario, Canada is well worth the effort.

We usually make it a two day visit and take a trip on the Maid of the Mist (a ship) to see Niagara Falls.

Would also be awesome to see a Halifax in the air... ;)

Your wish is granted if you're anywhere near Waddington tomorrow. 2 x Lancasters and Vulcan at RAF Waddington 21 August 2014

This will be a truly unique event.
