A little smokey here

The Buzzard Complex fire ALONE right now is at 180,000+acres and still going.
As of yesterday these are the known large tankers working Oregon:
VLAT (very large air tanker) DC-10 Tanker 911
DC-7 Tanker 66
DC-7 Tanker 152 (which just arrived from ALASKA!)
DC-7 Tanker 62
P2V Neptune Tanker 07
P2V Neptune Tanker 44
BAe 146 Tanker 10
BAe 146 Tanker 01
Plus it sounds like a dozen SEATs (Single Engine Air Tankers) most likely Air Tractor 802Fs and a large number of heli-tacks with bambi buckets. I do not know how many, but it sounds like every HotShot, Smoke Jumper, rural fire engine, and hand crew they could find is out "there" fighting these fires
Been a REALLY smokey week.
Hats off to the air tanker crews, near 100degrees and they still run the tankers non-stop sun up to sun down
