Intermittent bright sunshine now, breezy, blue sky, with a few high-level fluffy clouds....
....still a bit cool though... ...!

Just finished work, It's boiling here in (old) Hampshire, and have remembered two things for this weekend.

One, the Farnborough Airshow, just up the road. (The aircrews use the block of flats near us as a handy reference).

Two, I'm on call Saturday and Sunday.

I actually live in Sunny Worthing although Shoreham is my local airport. This stretch of coast between the South Downs & the sea has its own micro-climate. It can be pouring with rain just north of the Downs but bright sunshine where I am. This always confuses the forecasters who rarely get it right. I had a nice swim in the sea today, my second this year. Smashing!

On the way home I got caught in a thunderstorm. Reminds me of the weather when I was a kid.

Saturday morning.

After a very stormy night, with thunder and lightning, today looks like its going to be a wet, miserable day again.... ...!

I'm hoping that tomorrow will be "nicer" for my weekly Sunday trip out with the Motorcyclist community!

Riding a bike in the wind and rain is not nice!
