Time to wheel my trusty Cessna 150 out and explore the area, together with Google Satellite Maps.

You do realize, Paul, that where that earthquake hit was a tad northwards of your usual Southern to Mid-Cal AO's, yes?

Having grown up on (literally) the western edge of the San Andreas, I guess earthquakes aren't a BFD to me unless they are really big one, Like the '06 or '64 quakekes. I can vaguely recally seeing all the hoopla about the '64 jiggle in the news for a while, altho following so close on JFK's assassination, it faded pretty quick...

Hello Pat.... :D ...

...its because of all the continuous San Andreas earthquake activity, Summer Wildfires, Murder, Rape, Pillage, Kidnapping, general mayhem and body count that occurs in the daily news all along the North Americas Pacific Coast Seaboard that keeps me permanently glued there, every day....

...never a dull moment!... ;) ...!
