Roast Pork with Apple Sauce....
Fried Mushrooms.
New Potatoes.
Leeks.
Carrots.
Parsnip.
Spring Greens.
Sliced, mixed Peppers.
A magic Gravy...

...all served on a hot plate...

....with a glass, or three, of what I fancy!

Photographed in my Kitchen on a very dull, wet, miserable morning...
..even with the lights on, and camera flash!

It was Fantastic!.. I don't care about the rain now!... ...!

Paul.... :D ...!

P.S... I ate all the lovely, crunchy, Crackling whilst I was serving up the Dins... ;) ...!

Ta Tug!.... :D ...!

That is what I would call typical of an old fashioned English Meal!
Eaten at the Dining Room Table.

A new fashioned English meal, is probably a Pizza, eaten on the lap in front of the Tele!

I always prefer the former!.... ;) ...!

Paul....almost Tea-time now...more preparation to go.... ...!

Hey there Fozzer, I may not be that old but I still prefer a good old fashioned sit down dinner to a fast food meal :D More relaxing and a far better taste :D :D :D

Keep smiling
Tug :)

Later on, for Supper....

With some of the left-over Pork slices, I cut them into small pieces, and together with some chopped mushrooms, chopped onions, chopped red chillies and softened them in Virgin Olive Oil, then added some hot Madras Curry Paste together with Creamed Coconut.
All heated slowly in a small saucepan whilst some Basmati Rice was boiled for 5 minutes, placed on the pre-heated plate and the Pork curry placed in the centre of the rice.
Next to be added was a quantity of Oven heated Crinkle Potato Chips.

All washed down with a cool glass of Heineken Lager!

I wanted to photograph it....but my tummy couldn't wait!... ....!

...sorry.... ;) ...!

Paul...a velly nice hot Madlas cully!.... ...!
