Let the stars shine, Kumbaya

We've all heard of Doctors Without Borders, and it would be hard not to point them out as a group that really puts their heart & lives where their needed.
This other group...
I'll leave that up to you to decide if they'll make a change in the world.
I've looked at the stars with wonder & amazement most of my life. It's not just a bunch of tiny lights in the sky.
There are worlds up there with life. I don't have the slightest doubt about it.
That's not to say that I believe there are aliens visiting us now. One year of observation, maximum, and they would probably eliminate us.
One way or another.

This is all leading up to Astronomers Without Borders. Or, rather I should say their 130mm reflector for $200 .

What I like about it, other than the low price, is that it doesn't take up much space. The easier it is to set up and put away, the more likely it is to be used.
On some prior wish list was the Edmund Scientific scope at 105mm (4 1/8") and almost $300.$289 to be exact.
