The fact that someone would even think of doing that to there dead animal is messed up on so many levels.
much less actually doing it. I think this dude needs to see a psychiatrist.

Usually, if you keep a pet, you have some sort of an affection for it. Even if it's an iguana.

He certainly isn't someone you want living next to you.
