Goodly afternoon all... ;)

The Old Girl said I need a good hard kick in the butt...

I was helping some lads to load a half ton truck with picnic tables, BBQs with Propane Tanks, Chairs and some brooms about a week or more ago. There was a little get together at one of the Bugsmasher Fields we frequent.

I was standing on the ground pushing in a picnic table on top of a picnic table already on the vehicle.

A Propane BBQ Tank rolled off the tail gate and landed on my foot.

It hurt.

Walked on it until the pain got so bad this week I went to the docs. X-Ray, several times and sure enough I broke the bone along the side of my foot in three places and fractured two toes.

I am home now with a cast from my toes to just below my knee.

Orders are to stay off foot for two weeks and show back up at docs for another X-Ray in four weeks.

Thought I was Bored for a hour or so a day before this happened, not sure what the next four weeks will be like.

It is cold, damp and raining right now, just downloaded several other aircraft and scenery of Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome from our Simviation Download Site.

Have been to Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome many times and posted some pictures here several years ago about the Aerodrome.

I am having problems with the Manifold Setting and RPM Setting on the Fairchild, not sure about the Waco Package yet.

Well, need to get back onto the FSX Flight Simulator Game and get away from my boredom.

It sure is good to have the Simviation Download Site and the Forums to fall back on when one is confined at home with an old nattering nannie checking on me every half hour...

Thanks Kurt... ;)

I am having a problem trying to keep the weight off the foot and a cane doesn't seem to work.

They gave me a pair of crutches but I still seem to put weight on that foot....

I did aks "my old one"!
She said cold, some ice or maybe a frozen peabag!
Then she mentioned Weleda Arnika creme....!!

Dont know what it/that is, but i would keep my foot up on a chair, and tell "the old girl" to help me in anyway i would find suitable!!!
