Posted: Wed Jun 26, 2013 12:16 pmGreetings all! I turn 40 today and am neither thrilled nor upset by it, however I dislike the term "over the hill". Methinks I will refer to this as "reaching cruising altitude".

Over the hill at 40? I turned 70 this year & don't consider myself over the hill yet. They tell me that 70 is the new 40.

If my 70th Birthday present was to repeat itself again (10 years ago), I would now be up in the wide blue yonder, on a beautiful sunny day, amongst a gaggle of fluffy clouds, piloting* a pretty little Cessna 152, with an enormous grin on my face, stretching from ear to ear!
The best Birthday present anyone could ever have....never to be forgotten...
