If I had the cash I would jump at the chance as he is my music hero. To sit next to Bruce for an hour and maybe get to chat some Maiden too would be an absolute honour. What he has achieved over the years and the influence he gave me to join a band the money would not matter in the slightest. This is no hum drum pilot nobody you know.............. THIS IS BRUCE!!! :twisted: :twisted: :D and he's a captain by the way ^-^

Ok, lets see....... Bruce offers a fully refurbished, full motion flight simulator @ £699 + VAT, where as Virtual Aerospace and Ufly737 offer a NON full motion flight experience for £130 ish.

Well 'ya pays ya money'. Out of the two types of sim on offer, I know which one I'd go for. Ain't it about, 'It's as real as it gets'.

When you think about how much it would have cost to purchase the refurbished flight sim in the first place, plus what it would actually cost, if you work for an airline and had to take your annual check ride. £699 is not to bad a price really.

I have actually met Bruce, and he really is a nice guy, so I wish him all the best. <<r

Having done my run up training for 737-800 and Dash8 Q400 "proper" flight simulators, I can tell you that;
Once we were finished, it was play time. The 737-800 was full motion and as expected, real fun. The Dash was full motion, but turned off except for vibrations, the company would only let crew training use it in full motion, but once you get immersed in the whole thing, you do not notice the lack of movement. In fact, I hate to admit it, but I got motion sick in the Dash......
