Cumberland Sausages wrapped in Smoky Bacon rashers, herbs and spices, sliced Onion, drizzled with Virgin Olive Oil and popped in my trusty Gas Oven for 40 Minutes, Gas Mark 5.
Served with Mashed Potatoes, assorted Vegetables, and my amazing Gravy (Crown Copyright)...on a hot plate!
The Sausages may look "cremated" to you, but I like stuff; "well-done"...so no nasty tummy-bugs!...
