She's sueing the entire CBS network over something that they had virtually NO control over. CBS had no knowledge of this stunt during the halt-time show. So why does that women want to sue them?

Why can't the woman just simply sue Janet and Justin instead of just blindly sueing the network? Janet and Justin planned it on their own, while CBS didn't even see it coming.

Prostitution is NOT legal in Las Vegas. It is legal in all counties in NV EXCEPT Washoe county(Reno), Carson county(Carson City) and Clark county(Las Vegas). The reason for this dates back to the late 40's. The wifes of serviceman station at Nelles AFB and Reno AFB(later called Stead AFB, now called Reno-Stead Airport IE National Air races) called and complained that the AF was sending their hubbies to "get layed" not trained and that the spouses were coming back with the "clap". To make the families happy and to escape the pressure, The AF said get the Brothels out of the nearby cities or we move out. Carson was because its the Capital of the state.

As far as I know, it's a federal law, making it illegal in every state, including Nevada.

 When you talk of paying to see b**bs, why do you think of prostitution?  There are many strip joints across the U.S. where you can pay good money to see a woman bare their all.  But we're getting off topic........

 It seems that Janet and Justin's stunt has done what they set out to do and that was to keep them in the spotlight.  I mean its been a week now and we're still talking about it.  One week of press for a half second flash...not a bad trade off!!
