I work about 2 nm from KMDT (Harrisburg INTL).  At lunch break on 01/18, I was outside having a smoke and a white bellied 742 made two passes directly over our building.  Well, me and my work mates commented on how low it was flying.  As usual, I went too deep on things like approaches and minimums and such but the day was cavu if cold.  Anyway, on the third pass it was bit further west of the building than the first two passes so I could se the side of the fusalage.  Well, I noticed the blue on the sides and that world famous eagle crest and the USAF markings and I hollered, wow, I didn't know GW Bush was coming here to visit today.  It was a VC-20 and for all I knew Air Force One.  Later on the 6 oclock news it was mentioned that HIA had been rented out 12-1 for touch and goes by the Presidents flight crew and aircraft.  Wow!!!
