I guess it (the Cunning Linguist comment) was between me and Smoke.....(with appologies to Sarah)...........I have been in touch with my linguistic skills for a very long time,....... passed the apprenticeship and am considered a journeyman now.........right Wen ?

At one time I knew enough Spanish that I could have probably been OK if I had to use it (and not just Mexican/S. American spanish, but the spanish also spoken in Spain-for those who don't know Spain has a slightly different spanish).  But I don't think I was fluient by any means-and its been so long that I have forgotten most of it.
