My main point is that it almost seems like a children's ploy, "But they did it," results of each regardless; neither country's tests relied upon the other's.Seems plain enough to me.I never like it when officials slip in mention of tests by another nation in this type of report.

The 1952 Lynmouth flood has now been attributed to weather modification experiments (cloud seeding) carried out by the British Government, 39 people died as a result.

The US has now admitted that it used cloud seeding over the Ho Chi Minh trail in a "successful" attempt to turn it into a mudbath.
In Russia in the last couple of months they have "modified" the weather to ensure that it was dry for their latest parade.
I'm not buying into the whole conspiracy theory ..... but I'm not ruling out the idea that things go on without our knowledge.

Whilst lurking I noted that Esselbach's post mentioned a few of the UK Government's Biological Warfare tests, all of which had been conducted in populated areas.
Unfortunately, neither links give the true size and scale of these experiments, so I thought it appropriate to post the results of some long-term research.

Whilst lurking I noted that Esselbach's post mentioned a few of the UK Government's Biological Warfare tests, all of which had been conducted in populated areas.
Unfortunately, neither links give the true size and scale of these experiments, so I thought it appropriate to post the results of some long-term research.
