Actually, I think that 4_Series_Scania's post, with very few changes, can apply to just about any country.

In my case, my response would be to combine Hype and Scania's posts.

My country has a bad side, and has a good side, and overall, the good far outweighs the bad. I look forward to visiting other countries, but all in all, I'd rather live here.

I said I was staying out of this, and I sort of am. I love America too, but there are some things that I don't like about it. Don't bother asking me to elaborate, because I will not. I HATE discussing politics, and this could easily go that direction. Anyway, what I wanted to say is that even though I love this country and will always call it home, I would also like to try living in another country for a few years just to get some perspective on the world. I have lived abroad before (millitary family), but I was very young at the time. I would like to do it now that I am an adult and have some slight understanding of the world.

Maybe he's biased but he's not lying either. I mean those guys did shoot 12 helpless students didn't they.Anyway i'm not saying the US is a bad place, i'd love to go their

Admittedly, I have not watched a single minute of the garbage put out by Michael Moore.  The "man" borders on the fringe of treason.  So I can't tell you specifically which parts of "Bowling" are accurate and which are not.  However yes, these two did kill a bunch of people, and that is definitely wrong in so many ways.

But aside from that, knowing his agenda as well as I do, I'm confident enough to say that the rest of the film was more than likely completely fiction.

Then we all agree with each other ;)

Dont feel like and it wouldnt be wise to write one of my books again on how I feel about certain isues...So ill put it simple...

Coming from the not so wealthy side of the line my opinions are way different then some others.

How people my age are basicaly degraded by the media.  The way the economy around here is especialy in the the agricultural departments (small farms that I work on suffering because of the big commercial companies).  The government and how its ran.  The fact that education in a lot of areas is suffering severly...Our school had cut a few teachers and many more classes, including a couple i wanted and was scheduled for >:(

My list could go on for a mile...or ten ::)

Basicaly...My negatives for the country far out-weigh what I like :(  Wish it could go the other way but doesnt seem like that will happen anytime soon :-/

And everyone has to remember that different sections of a country are in different conditions...So opinions vary from state to state, border to border ;)

You wanna know about Belgium eh? ... No? ... gonna say it anyway!  ;D

Belgium - tiny tiny country in europe

It need's:

3 "Major parts" : Flanders, Wallonie and The German speaking community

6 (!!!!) different governments ( Federal, regional (3), Brussels capital and I always forget that last one) and than we have one per province ( of wich we have 9)

We speak 3 languages: Dutch, French and German

We act as we are very important, but really don't mean a thing

We have a decent social security system

We house the European Capital

We have a royal family, earning heaps of money, by sitting on there bumm and reproducing...

We get run over during wars with the Germans

We have waffles!!!!

Sums it about up!

Omag... proud to be Belgian!

One of the many things which make me very pleased, (and proud), to be born in England is the fact that although we are a very small island, we have generated the world's universal language....

vote in September for change :D

I really want to, but some things are disturbing me about the next government, one being the foreign policy, which will move away from Europe and towards the USA. :/

As for the UK we no longer produce anything substantial.(I wont name names, you know who did what and when) therefore we now have a service based economy  ::)
We have a Royal Family that cost billions a year and ... erm... does anyone know what they actually contribute?
Maybey we should follow Fance's and Russia's lead  8)
