Well if a team cant compete on grass or in bad weather, then they are nothing more than an average team. Indy are just that. Like you said they were hoping that they could rely on 3 maybe 4 players, they found out they couldnt. I saw on one message board a post saying something like, Last year Indy put a whooping on Denver, so Denver went out and signed new DB's to solve the problem, and it didnt work so coaching should be blamed, last year New England put a whooping on Indy so Indy went to the league and used their influence to have the rule of emphasis enforced this year, and even that didnt work in NE so what rule will they have changed this year. And the post was right, if a team has an obvious problem you have to fix it, Indy had no cap space to do that because of Manning and his trio so they did the only thing they thought would work nd went to the league. I can gaurentee you the ROE wont be enforced as much next season because of the failure of Indy.
As for Atlanta, their running game is just so good, they shouldnt have to worry to much about the weather, as long as they dont fumble to much.
