I would think the dog.

Something doesn't look right with the depth of field. The specular effect on its nose looks hi-definition.
The dog picture is original, I took this one of my dog very quickly just with the macro setting................he was drooling all over the place as my oldest waved a biscuit close by so he would keep still

If I played with the depth of field and lighting, then I could reproduce the picture with ease.
I am going with the car picture. The lighting is off and the walls are not straight. Saying that, with CGI I would not be surprised if the answer was the fire.

2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.
