I put on weight when I packed up smoking. Have a fine beer-belly now although I don't drink much. Started going grey in my mid-30s. Snowy white now. I'm still light enough (& athletic enough) to get in the front seat of a Piper Cub. 8-)

...getting accustomed to crouching over that inevitable Walking Frame device.... ...!

I tell the Sainsbury's Check-out Ladies that I used to be 10 foot tall...

...but a lifetime of carrying various heavy objects (Tools, etc) in my Haversack on my back (like their Groceries) has gradually propelled me ever closer to the ground... ...!

One advantage of being a short-arse: Groceries on the bottom shelf are easier to reach.

For unreachable Groceries on the top shelf I ask the Lovely Sainsbury's Lady to climb up the step ladder to obtain it for me...
...whilst I stand on the bottom step...
...to steady it...
...of course...

All in the aid of my Health...and their Safety......!
