No for both questions; there's a reason I know of such common town names in NE. My duty station was a distance from Hastings, where I had to find lodging, but Offut was my support base and where I received my discharge paperwork. Afterward I moved a bit closer to you (the Wymore area) to complete my internship in the ministry and I later worked for a company in Beatrice, the one afore mentioned whereupon we delivered and installed throughout the midwest and into Ontario, Canada, until I returned to NH again in 1998.From past posts, H, I assume you were stationed at Offut, too. Did it happen to be in 1983?
