Time Zones

3 different Time Zones from New York to San Francisco...

Four time zones if you count the one you started in. Then you have the
'non-continental' states/territories. I left Guam and landed in Hawaii the day before I left.

Fortunately, in Great Britain, all the hands on all our Clocks point to the same time.

Then I suggest you replace the batteries, rewind them or repair them so that the hands will start moving again.
