The judge had no say in her release in the first place. It was the jails sheriff who released her early. The judge wasn't happy and we're now at this. The big down side to all this, the money spent on this farce and the various possible cases being ignored/delayed thanks to this.

You have a valid point here.  We'll have to see if Sherrif Baca is willing to have a showdown with the judge.  I doubt it.  I guess he'll have to return all that money he suddenly came upon.   ;)

Now she gets to enjoy the full term and more importantly she gets the pleasure of dealing with several very angry inmates annoyed with her for this early release stunt..

Not to mention the prison cafeteria workers.  IIRC the reason she was sent home was because she refused to eat the food.  Well, she don't have too much in the way of fat reserves so a 45 day hunger strike is going to be really tough to pull off.  Is this the end of Paris?  We can only pray it is so.

Thank goodness.  Funny that she threw a temper tantrum, that's the way to be an adult there Ms. Hilton, maybe next time you won't go driving drunk, twice.

Paris in the Hood ;D

Either that or an element of Hollywood's film industry that caters for "other tastes" will have the title, "A night in Paris" on the shelves soon :o

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

I like this Judge!!  The Sheriff does not want to get in a battle with him because he will loose!!  As a matter of fact watch some kind of punishment be thrown at the Sheriff!!

Paris Hilton was released from jail, on that same day the stock market crashed a bit. When she was sent back to jail the stock market rallied.....

Well, I'm pleased to see other people on this forum think the same about this whole case. She really, does deserve it. She was caught driving drunk MULTIPLE times, and when she is sent to jail for a month, she cries, and says that its unfair. What a moron! Not only was she putting her own life at risk SHE WAS PUTTING THE LIVES OF INNOCENT PEOPLE AT RISK TOO. I think that she needs to stay there for MORE than 45 days. The world will be a better place, without Paris Hilton.

She was caught driving drunk MULTIPLE times ...

No.  According to FOXNews

Hilton's path to jail began Sept. 7, when she failed a sobriety test after police saw her weaving down a street in her Mercedes-Benz on what she said was a late-night run to a hamburger stand.

She pleaded no contest to reckless driving and was sentenced to 36 months probation, alcohol education and $1,500 in fines.

In the months that followed, she was stopped twice by officers who discovered her driving with a suspended license. The second stop landed her in back in court where she was sentenced to jail.
