...It's all in the accents... ;)... ;D...! LOL...!
When I was there the first time, it was courtesy of Uncle Sam ...and many of my squadron pronounced neither syllable that way; I think it had something to do with mites and a donkey :-[.
To get any further from there now, I'd traverse one more U.S. state and a Canadian province before stepping right off the continent. :o
