IT's obviously a nefarious plot to ban all private ownership of guns!  Ban lead, therefore you ban the private sale of bullets!  I tell you, it's a world wide conspiracy being fueld by the anit-gun lobby in the US!

Melt down all the bullets in the World and mould them into organ pipes....
