of course not to spoil the fun, but the moment the air pressure changes especially in a tornado, the balloons would pop. ;) ;D


Would they pop or deflate (implode)?

An F-6 was recorded in OKC on May 9, 1999

Wasn't that the infamous quartet tornado, with 4 funnels at the same time

I don't know about 4 funnels at teh same time, though it could have been.  Its kinda hard to imagine a 1/2 mile wide tornado.  I think it might have started as 4 then conglomerated into one huge one

Knew all that because I did a project on tornadoes...very interesting things they are... 8) 8)
My interest was directed quite differently while I was picked up in one :P.
Sorry, I had no balloons with me and was in no condition to properly conduct such an experiment, anyway.
