Sounds like anti-establishment terrorism to me.  

Step 1: Jack the paste
Step 2: Cripple a toothpaste production facility
Step 3: Sell the paste for exorbiant profit

Buy all the toothpaste you can get your hands on now, before these evil geniuses proceed with Step2!!!  Can't you see!  They're trying to corner the market!

I'm unsure -- maybe he's trying to tell us that his father's villiage stinks; they've got no hygiene :P. :)
