Not exactly the ones I was picturing in my quickly fading mind but yes those are keepers! I'm trying to find more info for you and as soon as I do I will let you know.
Although you should move your bike, interupts the sound flow, but if you crank them babies up your bike will probably move itself ;)

As to plastic vs paper: aside from aging damage, the 'natural' sound dynamics of paper cones are less harsh than plastic. In my early days I actually rebuilt my own simple set; 10" paper bass, 5 1/2" paper mid-range and 2" plastic (better for hi ~) tweeters; @ 300watts per.  Unfortunately, they were stolen while I was half a continent away -- they were one of kind so if I ever see them@#!!!
