I agree I dont think it was anyone persons fault the conditions were terrible and everylittle thing that could happen did and at the most worst time. I'm suprised that they were even letting planes take off with visibility like 500 feet and planes were having to taxi down the runway turn I mean turning on a small runway in a 747 has to be tough.

Well, as mentioned before, this is why CRM was introduced.  This isn't, crew decision-wise, as bad as the L-1011 that descended into the Everglades when the Captain was looking the other way.  A truly terrible event that never should have happened, naturally not as bad as this particular incident.
