It mostly sounds to me like:

"Addevdogotodestooadgeddsomlttic - SHAANNNN!"

translation:

"I need to go to the store and get some lettuce -SHARON!"

You should hear a Geordie or Glaswegian say that. We had some Irish navvies working on an extension where I worked. Jolly fine chaps they were too. The only problem was I couldn't understand a word they said. Fortunately the foreman was there to translate most of the time. When he wasn't I just had to smile & nod in agreement. i still wonder what exactly I was agreeing with. ::) ;D

Poor Ozzy's speech was undoubtedly affected by years of drug abuse. At least he fought it & seems to have got over it, apart from the obvious damage which will never improve now. He knows that & has to accept it. Maybe seeing what happened to him will deter others from doing the same. I've never met him but, like most musicians, he seems a perfectly ordinary & decent sort of chap to me.

His speach was made worse by being on the wrong medication. A doctor was ripping him off by giving him unnessicary drugs, after that stopped he has started to become more coherant.
