Personally these sort of people deserve castration with a blunt spoon and a mallet. Its no better than someone coming around and vandalising your car, and I know about that!!!! I love my xenophobic neighbours, not!

Ps. Maybe they should whack this twit in prison, then he could discover a whole new use for his bottom ;D

If I get a suspicious e-mail which could be worm or virus, how can I delete it without opening it. When I click on the suspicious mail to delete it I am essentially opening it, correct? This true with Outlook Express but not with MSN or Yahoo whereby I can simply click on the Box without opening up the document.

Go into Outlook Express, and at the top, go into the 'View' menu, and click on 'Layout...' on the dropdown menu.

Once open, unselect the 'Use the Preview....' option. With it disabled, you have to double-click the e-mail to actually view it

Most programs have options & preferences that you can set so that they work to suit you. The M$ programs like Outlook Express, Internet Explorer, Windows Explorer & anything else you can think of are no different. It's worth experimenting with these options & set them up the way you want them to work - not the way Mr. Gates & his cronies think you want them. ;)

It's something I found several years ago when I started to get upset whenever I tried deleting an e-mail, it would open and install a virus on my system

I don't have a manual, i'm just the type of person to look through options and see what I can change ;D

Agreed...if your email program (such as Outlook, etc.) has a "Preview Pane", TURN IT OFF!

Once you do so, you can easily delete suspicious email without it being opened.
Great edit, Bob.

I'm starting to get really p'ed off at all these viruses going around. In the past two days alone NAV has detected about 6 emails containing viruses all sent from people I've never heard off. How stupid do these nerds think I am anyway.

Get used to it Orenda.  It's not going to go away.

But don't just look for emails that are unfamiliar in origin.  Many (if not most) viruses will spoof an email address so it looks like it's coming from someone you know.

Best tip is to just not open anything with attachments that you aren't expecting. ;)
Great edit, Bob.
