Larger planes like your 747 and 777 do have sleeping quarters for the relief crew (long flights can't be flown by one crew), but crewmembers aren't allowed to sleep on duty.

I've seen some interesting things in the cockpit, but sleeping....never.

I think they do have sleeping quarters on every boeing after the 737s.

I, also have to go with wood on this one, after doing the same flight for 20 years all the button pushing and nose on window, it gets old, and if you ask me, I think the co-pilot was asleep too.

And Fly2e, I only dosed once while flying in FS, but that was at night over the pacific, from LA to Hong Kong, never made it though, or obivous reasons. ;D
