Hi Hagar! Look in the Argos catalogue I think they have them for sale there. Unless they have not included them in the new one.
My Texan friend here, says their common in America. I've never seen them over here though. Must be of American origin.

PS. I saw a big gathering while I was driving along the sea front. Just like the old days with pennants on long aerial type thingies & goodness knows what else. By the time I found a parking spot they had dispersed. Darn it. Foiled again.
