i don't think that this may happen. otherwise,there would be thousands of neo-nazis lurking around in front of all sorts of german WW2-arms in the museums.

There is a vast difference between a Mauser and a Pocket Battle ship. Most german WWII arms would have been made with or with out the Nazi's. Indeed, many of them were around before the nazi's came to power. A Pocket battleship however, such as the Graf Spee was a Nazi icon of defiance against the treaty forced upon them after WWI. It was their way of saying "We can still build powerful warships even with your restrictions!" So basically there is a difference. And I still want the Graf Spee to stay put. She was scuttled, end of story.

IMHO, the Graf Spee, should be raised and repatriated. Yes, repatriated, I think a ship is more than the sum of her parts, she is alive, giving life by her builders and her crew, and like any warrior, she deserves a chance to return home.
As for her becoming a neo-nazi memorial, I haven't heard of neo-nazi's hanging aroud the Berlin parking lot that was built over the F
